Parag Dilip Mahamuni

My name is Parag Dilip Mahamuni, and I work out of Shivam Complex, which is situated at 18/19 on the Pashanbaner Link Road. This area has grown a lot lately, but our spot in the complex stays pretty much the same. It's a workspace where I handle my daily tasks and meet with people who need my help. The office isn't anything spectacular to look at, just a functional room with what I need to get the job done. I usually get in early before the traffic on the link road gets too heavy. Pashan and Baner are busy places these days, and being right on the link road makes it easy for folks to stop by. There’s a lot of coming and going in Shivam Complex, so there is always some noise from the hallway. I’ve tried to make the space comfortable enough for meetings without it feeling too stiff or formal. It’s just me and maybe a couple of others helping out occasionally. I don't believe in having a big, flashy setup. I prefer focusing on the paperwork and the individual needs of whoever walks in. Sometimes I'm out of the office for site visits or meetings elsewhere, but this is my main base. It’s a quiet enough place to think when the windows are shut against the street noise. I’ve been here at this address for a good bit of time now and it feels like a second home to me. The daily grind here is just part of the routine.
