Pappis Only Parathas Pure Veg

We are tucked away on the ground floor of The Metropole, right next to the Inox multiplex. It gets very busy on weekends when the movies let out and people come wandering over looking for something to eat. Being on Bund Garden Road means there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside, but inside it is just the usual routine of a veg kitchen. We don't use any meat here, so everything stays strictly vegetarian, which is how we like it. The space isn't huge, so things can feel a bit crowded when it’s raining outside and everyone wants to stay dry. We spend a lot of time chopping onions and rolling out parathas. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling sound, but we just ignore it. We have been here at G-4 for a while and have seen the shops around us change quite a bit. But we just stay the same. We don’t have a big team of people, just a few of us who know how things run. The tables are basic and we don't have fancy decorations on the walls. It’s just a place to sit down and eat something warm. Most days we are just thinking about getting the next order out and making sure the kitchen stays clean enough for the next shift. Sometimes the tea runs out faster than we expect, so we have to brew more in a hurry. That is just how life is here.
