Panchavati Gaurav Restaurant

We’re located on the second floor of Kumar Pacific Mall, specifically at Unit No Sf 10 in the Swargate area of Pune. It’s a pretty busy spot because of the 7 Loves Chowk nearby. Most people find us while they’re out shopping or just passing through the mall. The restaurant isn’t fancy at all. We have basic tables and chairs set up for families and solo diners. On weekends, the mall gets really crowded, so we have to move fast in the kitchen. It gets hot back there with all the stoves going at once. We don't have a big corporate team behind us or anything. It’s just a group of us who come in every day to cook and clean. We get our vegetables and supplies delivered early in the morning before the mall even opens. Sometimes the orders take a little longer when every table is full, but we do what we can. The noise from the mall corridors spills in sometimes. We’ve been at this unit for a while now and know the security guards and other shop workers around here. It’s a straightforward place to eat if you’re in the Swargate neighborhood. We don’t spend money on big ads. We just keep the lights on and the food ready. Usually, we start packing up once the mall starts closing its gates for the night. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy. We just focus on the food and the customers.
