We have been working out of the Gandhi Complex here on N. C. Kelkar Road for some time now. Being in Narayan Peth means things are always busy around us, but we managed to set up Pallavi Techno Foods Private Limited just fine. It’s mostly about dealing with the day-to-day work involved in the food technology side of things. My team spends most of our mornings handling the paperwork and making sure the equipment side of the business stays on track. It isn't a fancy setup, just a regular office at number 212-A where we keep our records and meet people who drop by. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but we stay focused on our specific area of food tech. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when the traffic gets heavy outside on the main road. We don't really do big speeches or anything like that. We just show up, get the tasks done, and head home. The office space is tight but it works for what we need to do. A few of us have been here since the start, so we know the local shops and the shortcut routes well. It’s just how we run things, keeping it straightforward and making sure the machines or whatever we’re dealing with for our clients are handled properly. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear the birds outside. That's just life at Gandhi Complex.
