Om Sweets

Om Sweets is tucked into the Hanuman Complex near the junction of Katraj Lalbagh Road and Hosur Road. We are at S N 67-2 if you're looking for the exact spot. It's a busy corner, and the smell of frying snacks usually fills the air around here by noon. We make most of our sweets right in the back every morning. It gets quite hot back there with the big vats of milk and sugar bubbling away. We aren't a big chain restaurant. It’s just a family-run place where we try to keep things fresh for the customers. You’ll find the usual stuff like laddoos, barfis, and some savory snacks too. People stop by on their way home from work to pick up a box for their families. The shop can get a bit hectic during festivals, especially around Diwali or Ganesh Chaturthi when everyone wants the same thing. We don't have fancy packaging or a big marketing budget. We just put the sweets in the display case and sell them to whoever walks in. Sometimes we run out of the popular items by late afternoon, which is frustrating but it happens. The floor might be a bit sticky, and the chairs are just basic plastic ones, but that’s because we focus more on the kitchen work. It’s a local spot where neighbors meet and have a quick bite. We've been in this complex for a good while now. We know how the local people like their snacks.
