Oasis Restaurant

Oasis Restaurant is over on Sachapir Street in the Camp area of Pune. We have been sitting at Survey No 595 for quite a few years now, and if you know where the Cosmas Bank is, we are right there near it. The neighborhood is always pretty busy with people running errands or going to work. We start our mornings early, mostly just getting the tables ready and making sure the kitchen has what it needs. It isn't a fancy place with expensive decorations, just a regular spot where you can get a meal. The street noise from Camp usually drifts inside, but we don't mind it much anymore. It's just part of the day. We have a lot of regular customers who come in from the nearby shops. Some of them have been coming here since we first opened. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place clean and making sure the food is ready on time. There is always a lot to do, like checking the supplies or fixing a chair that’s gone wobbly. We don't really do any big advertising or anything like that. People just seem to find us while they're walking through the market. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we just keep at it every day. It's an honest living and we like the people around here. We just focus on our daily routine and try to keep things simple.
