Ninai Foods

Ninai Foods is over in Kalamboli Village, specifically at Shop No-63 on Plot No-11 in Sector 5. We’re pretty close to Gandhi Hospital, so that’s the main landmark people use to find us in Panvel Taluka. The area has a mix of that old village feel and the newer sector development, which makes for an interesting crowd. Our shop is just a standard unit where we spend most of our hours. It’s not very big, so we have to be organized, or else we can’t find anything. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; it’s just shelves and boxes and a desk where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or work by the light from the door. It gets busy in the mornings when the local markets are picking up, and we’re usually sweating a bit by noon. We’ve been in this spot for some time now, and we know most of the other shopkeepers on the block. It’s a practical setup for a food business. We don't spend money on marketing or anything like that. We just focus on the actual food items and getting them out to where they need to go. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting and moving, but it keeps us busy and the day goes by fast enough for the most of us.
