Navalai Dining Restaurant

We are up on the third floor of The Millenium building. We’re right at the Nal Stop junction on Karve Road in Erandwane. If you know Pune, you know how crazy the traffic gets at this spot. Being on the third floor means we are a bit away from the dust and the honking, but you still hear it. We’ve been running this place for a while. It’s not a very fancy setup. We have some tables, some chairs, and a kitchen that we try to keep organized. Most of our customers are students from the nearby colleges or people working in the offices on Karve Road. We don’t have a big corporate office or a marketing team. It’s just the owner and the staff who do all the work. We spend a lot of time cleaning and prepping for the next day. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and people have to walk up, which we know is a pain. The kitchen can get very busy during the evening, and we just do our best to keep up with the orders. We don't have any big speeches about our food. We just cook what we know. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we’re used to it. If you’re stuck at Nal Stop and want to get away from the traffic, you can come up and see us. We’re usually here until late at night.
