This place is located in Kharadi, specifically on the first floor of building A 3/204. If you are heading down Sampige Road, you will find us pretty easily. We are quite close to the Zensar IT Park, which means there are always lots of people moving around this area, especially during the morning and evening rush. Being on the first floor is nice because we get a bit of a view of what is happening on the street without all the dust coming right inside. The office isn't huge, but it's enough for what Mohnish Nilkanth Katre does here. It’s mostly just desks and papers and the usual office things you’d expect. Kharadi has grown so much with all the tech companies coming in, so the vibe around here is always energetic. Sometimes finding parking on Sampige Road can be a bit of a headache, but that is just part of living and working in Pune these days. We spend a lot of time here at the desk, working through whatever needs to be finished for the day. It’s a quiet enough spot once you’re inside the building. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights, just the name on the door. It’s a simple setup for someone who just wants to get their work done without a lot of fuss. Most people who come by are usually heading to the IT park or live in the nearby apartments.
