Mithai Magic

Mithai Magic is tucked away in Nigidi 9th Main Maruthi Layout. It’s a quiet neighborhood, so we know most of the people who walk through our door by their first names. We aren't a big factory or anything; it’s just a small kitchen where we make things in small batches. I think that makes a difference in how things taste, even if the pieces aren't always perfectly shaped. We use the recipes that have been handed down, and we don't try to change things just to be trendy. The shop has a few tables where people can sit and have a piece of mithai, and sometimes the local elders stay for a long time just talking. It feels more like a community spot than a retail business sometimes. Nigidi is a nice place to be, and we like the slow pace of life on 9th Main. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass cases because the kids always leave finger marks on them. It’s a never-ending job, but that’s fine. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing team telling us what to do. We just decide what to make each day based on what we have and what people are asking for. It’s a simple way to run a shop, and it works for us and the people in Maruthi Layout who just want a little treat now and then.
