Maniyar Associates

Maniyar Associates is located in G 30 of the G.B Complex. We are on the Dandia Bazar Main Road, right near the Ashoka Mall. It is a very central location, so there is always a lot of movement around us. The complex itself is home to many different businesses, and we’ve been in this particular unit for a while. Our office is a simple one. We have a couple of desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a few chairs for when people come to visit. We are not into big corporate displays. We just do our work as associates here. Dandia Bazar is a busy place, and sometimes the parking can be a bit of a headache for people coming to see us, but the mall nearby helps a bit with that. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of the people who come to us are regulars or have been told about us by someone else. It’s a very direct way of doing business. We spend our days going through documents, making calls, and keeping things moving. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers, but we know where everything is. It’s a real, working office where things actually get done. We like the energy of being on the main road. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything.
