Manisha Bhel Panipuri Snacks Centre is located over in Karve Nagar, right at the 36th Cross in the 2nd Block. It’s a basic spot where we make bhel and panipuri for the people who live around here. We start our prep work in the afternoon, cutting onions and making the spicy water so everything is ready when the evening crowd starts to arrive. It’s usually kids coming home from school or people heading back from work who stop by for a quick bite. We keep things simple because that’s how a snack center should be. There’s always a bit of a rush around sunset, and it can get a little messy with everyone standing around, but that is just part of the job. We don't have a big menu, just the usual things that people like to eat when they are hungry for something light. The space isn't very large, but we make it work. Most of our regulars have been coming here since they were young, and now they bring their own kids. It makes the day go by faster when you recognize the faces in the line. We just focus on keeping the ingredients fresh and serving things quickly. Karve Nagar is a good place to be, and being on the 36th Cross means we get a steady flow of people walking past. We just stay open until the stock runs out or until it gets too late to be out.
