Mandar P Godbole here. I've been based at 1562 Sadashiv Peth for a while now. It's right in the Sector 43 B Mini Market area, inside the Saraswati Appartment. If you know the area, we're just opposite Chanakya Mandal. It gets pretty busy around here during the day with everyone coming and going from the market. My space isn't anything fancy, just a practical spot where I get my work done and meet folks who drop by. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit much, especially in the afternoons when the market is peaking, but you get used to the noise. I like being in Sadashiv Peth because everything is close by. You don't have to go far for a good cup of tea or some stationery. The apartment building itself is older, but it's sturdy and has a lot of character. Most of the people around here have been in the neighborhood for years, so everyone knows each other. I usually open up in the morning and stay until the evening. It's a simple routine. Sometimes people have trouble finding the exact door because the mini market can be confusing, but once they see the sign for Chanakya Mandal across the way, they usually figure it out. It's just a regular local business life. Nothing too complicated or high-tech about how I run things here. Just me doing what I do every day in this little corner of the city.
