Mandar Invest

Mandar Invest is run out of Flat No 6 in the Vinayk Apratmenmt. We are located in Shankar Nagar, specifically in the DP Old Gujrat Colony within the Swanand Society part of Sahakar Nagar 2. It is a quiet residential area for the most part, which makes it a decent place to focus on numbers and investment stuff. The apartment is basically our office now, so it feels more like a home than a corporate building. We have a few filing cabinets and a couple of desks pushed against the walls. Usually, you can hear the neighbors or the birds outside while we are looking over papers. It is not the kind of place with a big neon sign out front. We prefer it this way because it keeps things low-key and manageable. We handle the paperwork and the follow-ups that come with managing investments. Sometimes the elevator in the building is out of service, so we end up taking the stairs quite a bit. It’s just how things are in an older apartment block. We spend our mornings checking files and our afternoons making calls or organizing the records. It is a small operation, just a few of us making sure everything stays in order. We have been in Sahakar Nagar 2 for a long time and know the streets around here like the back of our hands. We do not have fancy meetings, just honest talks about money and records.
