Lunkad Food Products

Lunkad Food Products is located in Chinchwad at 24/6. It’s a plain building, nothing that really stands out if you’re just driving by. Inside, it’s a whole different story because we are always moving. There’s the smell of whatever we’re making that day hanging in the air. We spend a lot of time weighing things out and getting the bags sealed up right. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we’ve got a good rhythm going now. The staff here mostly lives close by, so we all know each other’s business and families. We don’t have fancy offices or anything like that. Just some desks, the production area, and a lot of storage space for the finished goods. Sometimes the delivery vans get stuck in the narrow lane outside, and we have to help them navigate out. It’s just part of the day. We don’t really try to be anything we aren’t. We just focus on the food products and making sure the quality is what it should be before it leaves the doors in Chinchwad. It’s hard work and your back might ache by the end of the shift, but it’s honest. We’ve been at 24/6 for years and the walls could probably tell a few stories about how much we’ve packed and shipped out of here since we started.
