Loyola High School & Junior College

You can find us on Pashan Road, right near the NCL area in Pune. Loyola High School & Junior College has been around for a long time, and the building shows its age in a good way. It’s a big campus with lots of trees, which is a bit of a relief from the busy Pune traffic outside. We have the high school and the junior college sharing the space. It gets quite crowded during the morning drop-off, but things settle down once the first bell rings. The teachers here have been around for decades in some cases. They know the families and have taught multiple generations of the same name. We don't go in for big advertisements. Usually, people find us because their father or uncle went here. The classrooms have high ceilings and those old wooden desks that have seen thousands of students. We have a big sports field where the boys spend most of their energy. It’s a straightforward school life. We focus on the subjects, the exams, and the occasional school play. We aren't trying to be a modern school with tablets for every kid. We like the old-fashioned way of pens, paper, and hard work. The office handles the fees and the paperwork without much drama. It’s a stable place for kids to grow up and learn how the world works. We just do our job day in and day out, making sure the atmosphere stays right for the students.
