Laxmi Lawns

Laxmi Lawns is tucked away at 133 Hadapsar, right by the Mankeshwar Temple. It’s an open-air kind of place, which is nice when the weather is good in Pune. We have a lot of space out here, so it doesn't feel as cramped as the halls in the middle of the city. People usually find us when they are looking for a spot for a big reception or maybe a community gathering. The temple is a good landmark, so guests don't usually get lost trying to find the entrance. We spend a lot of time taking care of the grass and the trees because that’s what people are coming for. It’s a bit of a trek for people living in the center of town, but the 411028 area has grown a lot lately. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. It used to be much quieter, but now there are more houses and shops everywhere. We keep things pretty straightforward here. We provide the space, and the families bring in their own decorators and caterers most of the time. It is a lot of coordination, especially when there are two events in one weekend. We just try to keep the place looking decent and make sure the gates are open on time. It is a simple business, really, just providing a bit of green space for people to use for their big days.
