Kutira Snacks Corner

Kutira Snacks Corner is located in New Panvel. We don't have a fancy building or a big sign, but the locals know where we are. We have been serving snacks here for quite a while. Our day starts very early because we want to have the first batch of vada pav ready for the people catching the morning trains and buses. The shop is small and can get very hot once the fryers are turned on. We don't have air conditioning, just a couple of old fans that do their best. We serve things like samosas, bhajias, and tea. It is a very straightforward menu. We don't try to do anything too complicated. Instead of a website or social media, we rely on people just walking in when they see us. The tea is always kept strong and the snacks are pulled fresh from the oil. We have seen New Panvel grow and change so much, with new buildings going up everywhere. But our little snack corner stays pretty much the same. We have a few regular customers who stop by every single day at the same time. It is nice to see familiar faces. We don't have a big corporate strategy or anything. We just want to make enough to keep the shop running and serve some good snacks to the people passing by. It is a simple way to make a living, and we are happy with it.
