Korshi Dedhiya

Our place is located at Deccan Gymkhana, right on the 6th Cross. The address is 759-112/113, which sounds a bit confusing to some but it is just how the plots are numbered around here. Being in Deccan means it is always lively with students, office workers, and people shopping in the markets. We have been here at this spot for a long time. It isn't a massive corporate office, just a regular space where we handle our daily business. We deal with various things, mostly administrative and bits of trade that keep us busy from morning until evening. You’ll usually find a few files stacked up on the table and the window open to let in some air, though the noise from the street comes in too. People often drop by because they were already in the area for something else and remembered they needed to talk to us. We don't have any fancy signs or big marketing tricks. It is mostly just word of mouth and people knowing where we sit. Some days we are just catching up on letters and emails, and other days it feels like everyone is coming in at once. The afternoon sun hits the front of the building quite hard, so we usually keep the blinds down for a bit to keep the place cool. It’s a quiet enough way to make a living, just keeping things organized and talking to the people who walk through the door. We have seen a lot of businesses come and go on this street.
