Khushi Traders

We are located on Ambedkar Road 2 in the Aundh area of Pune. Being a trading business, our day-to-day is mostly about moving goods and keeping track of what is coming in and what is going out. The office is a functional space, usually filled with stacks of invoices and the sound of the phone ringing. We don't have a fancy storefront because we aren't really selling to the general public who walks by. Instead, we deal with other businesses and suppliers. The traffic on Ambedkar Road can be quite a nightmare sometimes, which makes it hard for the transport vehicles to pull up, but we’ve learned to work around the busy hours. My team is small and we all do a bit of everything, from checking the quality of the stock to making sure the ledgers are balanced at the end of the week. It’s not the kind of job that looks glamorous, but it keeps us busy and the work is steady. We’ve built up some good relationships with the drivers and the warehouse people over the years. We just focus on getting the tasks done without a lot of fuss. Most of our day is spent making sure that the numbers match and that everyone gets what they were supposed to get. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living and we’ve been part of this Aundh business community for a good while.
