Kedar Dattatray Borgaonkar

We are located at 1194/24, Flat No 4, in Asmita Apts. This is on Ghole Road, which is a pretty central and busy part of Pune. It’s near the Shivaji Nagar area and the J M Road Income Tax Circle. Because of the location, there are always plenty of people moving around. Kedar Dattatray Borgaonkar is what you’ll see on the small nameplate outside. The apartment building is one of those older, sturdy ones from a different time. It’s not a big glass corporate office building. It feels more like a home that has been turned into a quiet workspace. I like it that way because it feels more personal. It stays a bit cooler inside during the harsh Pune summers too. We deal with a lot of people who work in the government offices nearby because of the Income Tax circle being so close. It is a very busy part of the city. Traffic on J M Road is usually a total mess in the afternoon, so I often tell people to take the back lanes to find us. Inside, we have our files and our computers and not much else. It’s a very practical setup for us. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room with old magazines. You just come in and we talk about whatever is needed. It’s very direct and simple. I’ve been here for years and the neighborhood has changed a lot, but this flat stays exactly the same as it always was.
