Kalyani Manas Dange

My name is Kalyani Manas Dange and I run my operations out of B8/5 in Nirmal Township, located in Anand Nagar along Sinhagad Road. It’s a busy part of the city, but Nirmal Township is a bit of a landmark around here, so it’s easy for people to find. My office is on the fifth floor of the B8 building. It’s not a huge space, but it’s exactly what I need. I’ve got a view of the surrounding buildings and the road below, which is nice when I need a break from looking at the screen. I try to keep the place tidy, but when things get busy, the files start to pile up on the corners of the desk. I don’t use any fancy management software or anything like that; I still rely a lot on my handwritten notebook. Being in Anand Nagar means I’m close to everything, which helps when I have to run out for supplies or to meet someone. The township has a good feel to it. It’s a mix of families and small businesses like mine. I’ve been at this address for a while and I don’t see any reason to change. It’s a practical location and the rent is fair. I mostly work by myself, though occasionally I have someone help out with the admin stuff. It’s just a regular office where I put in my hours every day. Sometimes the elevator is slow, but that’s just life.
