Kailas Farsan And Bhel is located in Hadapsar near Nana Varacha. We focus more on the salty stuff and the bhel than just sweet things. The smell of oil and spices is very strong in our shop. In Hadapsar, there are many places to eat but we have our own spot near Nana Varacha where people know to find us. I spend hours chopping onions and coriander for the bhel. The farsan is made in big batches and kept in large glass jars so it stays crunchy. If the lid is left off for too long, the crunch goes away and then we can't sell it.
