You can find us at House No 510 on Tilak Road, right in the heart of Sadashiv Peth in Pune. This is an old part of the city, so the streets are narrow and always full of people on bicycles or scooters. Our building fits right in with the neighborhood, it has that classic Pune look to it. Every morning starts with the sound of the bells and the traffic from Tilak Road getting louder. We have been in this spot for a long time, and the walls are filled with old photos and stuff we have collected over the years. It is a bit crowded inside, especially when everyone is moving between classes, but we make it work. The monsoon season is always a challenge because the old roof sometimes leaks, and we have to move the desks around to keep things dry. We don't have a lot of open space, so every corner of the building is used for something. I spend most of my day sitting in a small room with heaps of files, trying to keep the administrative side of things running. The staff usually brings their lunch from home, and we sit together and talk about local news or the weather. It is a very traditional atmosphere here, nothing like the modern glass buildings you see in the outskirts of Pune. We just do our work and keep things moving along as they always have.
