I'm Jennes, and I’ve been over here at Building B8 in the Kothari Estate in Kondhwa for a while now. It’s unit 203. People usually find us easily enough once they get into the estate, though the gate security can be a bit slow sometimes. It’s just me and a small team working here. We handle our daily tasks without much fuss. The office isn't fancy, just some desks and the usual stuff you'd expect. Sometimes the parking downstairs gets really crowded, especially on Mondays when everyone is coming back to work. We’ve got a window that looks out towards the main road, but it stays pretty quiet inside. Usually, we start early in the morning before the traffic gets bad around this part of Khondhwa. I spend most of my day at the desk, making sure everything is moving along as it should. It’s been a good spot for us because it’s close to where most of the local shops are. People drop by sometimes just to ask questions or check on things. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the door. It feels like a regular part of the neighborhood. Nothing special, just a place to get work done and go home. I’ve lived in Pune for a long time, so I know this area well. If you’re looking for 203, just take the stairs or the lift, it’s always working fine for us.
