The workshop is located at Plot No. 71 in the MIDC Bhosari area. If you’ve ever driven through this part of Pune, you know it’s nothing but industrial sheds and big trucks moving in and out all day long. We have been part of this landscape for a long time now. The air around here always smells a bit like metal and grease, which is just how an industrial zone should be. Inside our gates, things are usually moving pretty fast. We handle a lot of different projects, and it can get quite loud with the machinery running. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit and tie; most of us are in work clothes that end up getting stained by the end of the shift. We have a small office section, but most of the real work happens out on the floor where the materials are. The sun beats down on the corrugated roof in the summer, making it pretty warm inside, so we keep the big fans going. We aren't big on fancy meetings or long presentations. Usually, we just huddle up near the machines to figure out the plan for the day. It’s honest work, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but our spot on Plot 71 stays pretty much the same day after day. We just keep our heads down and finish the orders that come through the gate.
