Jagdish Janardan Divekar

My place is at 41526 Kothrud, in Omshree Sai Nagar. I am in the Pradnyakiran building, which is quite close to the Mahatma Society. Jagdish Janardan Divekar is just the name I use for my work here. Kothrud is a nice, settled area with lots of trees and quiet streets. I spend most of my time in this small office space, working on various projects. It’s a very local feel here. I know most of the people who walk past the building every morning. The office itself is pretty simple, just a desk, my computer, and a lot of books and files. Sometimes it gets a bit lonely, but I like the peace and quiet for getting things done. Being near Mahatma Society means it’s a bit more residential and not as loud as the main roads. I have my routine, starting early with some tea and then working through my list of things to do. I don’t have a big staff or a fancy setup, it’s just me handling what comes my way. Sometimes clients come by to drop off papers or just to chat about what we’re working on. I’ve lived and worked in this part of Pune for a long time and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. It’s a comfortable spot and it allows me to focus on my work without too many distractions. Every day is pretty much the same, but that’s how I like it.
