Ishwarnaphade

Ishwarnaphade is based at Om Residency in the Bhusari Colony area of Kothrud. We are in Building A-7, specifically Plot Number 127. If you are looking for us, we are quite near the Vedvihar Society, which is a pretty well-known landmark around here. Kothrud is a nice part of Pune, very green and mostly residential, so it’s usually quiet enough to get some actual work done. We work out of a space that belongs to M. M. Kale. It’s a straightforward setup. We have our computers, some filing cabinets, and enough room to move around without bumping into each other too much. The building is one of those typical Pune residential complexes where people are always coming and going. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks at the delivery men, but otherwise, it’s a peaceful spot. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us handling the daily grind. We keep the windows open when the weather is nice to let the breeze in. It feels more like a home office than a corporate block, which we actually like. It makes the long hours feel a bit shorter. There’s a small garden area nearby where we sometimes sit for five minutes just to clear our heads. It’s a practical place for what we do, and we’ve been here long enough that the security guards don't ask for our IDs anymore. Most of our neighbors are retired teachers or families who have lived here forever.
