Icicle Technologies

Icicle Technologies is based in Vidya Nagar, Pune, over at 4, Yashashree Sankalp. We are located on Plot No. 66, which is part of Sr. No. 34/2. The building is a typical Pune residential-style structure, and our office fits right in there. Vidya Nagar is a decent area, and it is usually pretty easy for us to get to work every morning. Inside the office, it is mostly just us and our laptops. We are a tech-focused group, so there is a lot of typing and occasionally some loud debating about how to fix a bug or set up a server. We don't have fancy ergonomic pods or a cafeteria. We just have standard tables and chairs that do the job. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of the local experience. There is a small balcony where we keep some dusty boxes and maybe a few plants that someone forgets to water. It is a very normal, slightly messy workspace where real work happens. We aren't interested in looking like a Silicon Valley startup. We just want to build things that work and keep our heads down. Lunch usually involves someone going out to get vada pav for the whole group. It is a simple life here at Yashashree Sankalp and we wouldn't have it any other way.
