Hanuman Sweet

Hanuman Sweet is located at number 5 on New Sama Road, right in the Deccan Gymkhana area. This is a pretty central part of the city, so there is always something going on nearby. We have been operating from this spot for quite some time now. Our shop is small and tucked into the street, but we have our regular customers who know exactly where to find us. We make various kinds of sweets every day. It’s a lot of work, especially when the weather is warm, but we enjoy the process. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us behind the counter and in the kitchen. The Deccan Gymkhana area has a lot of energy, and we like being part of that. People stop by on their way home or while they are out running errands. We try to keep a good variety of things ready on the shelves. Sometimes we try out a new recipe if we feel like it, but mostly we stick to what people know. The shop is a bit old-fashioned, but we think that’s fine. We don’t need everything to be shiny and new to do a good job. We just focus on the sweets and making sure anyone who walks in gets what they need. It’s a steady life on New Sama Road, and we are happy with it. We’ve seen many businesses come and go, but we are still here at number 5, just doing our daily thing for the locals.
