Gopi Non Veg

We have been here at 1149 Sadashiv Peth for quite some time now. People in Pune know this area is busy, especially being so close to the Peruget Police Station. Our shop isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular place where we cook non-veg food every day. My brother and I started this because we liked the way our family cooked back home. We open up early to get the meat and spices ready. The kitchen gets really hot in the afternoons but that is just part of the job. You will usually see a few of us running around trying to get orders out to the tables. Sometimes the wait is a bit long when it gets crowded on Sunday nights, but most of our regulars don't mind much. They just stand outside and chat while they wait. We don't spend much on advertising or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or their friends told them about the food. The floor is old and we have had to fix the plumbing twice last year. It is a simple life running a small eatery here. We just focus on the recipes we know and try to make sure there is enough food for everyone who walks in before we close for the night. It is noisy with the traffic outside but we like it.
