Ganesh Sweets

Ganesh Sweets is situated at Market Yard, 11th Cross, 41487. If you’ve ever been to Market Yard, you know it’s a bit of a madhouse. There are trucks everywhere and people carrying big sacks of produce. Our shop is right in the middle of that chaos at the 11th cross. We open up early because the market starts way before the sun is even up. We have to be ready for the workers and the traders who are already hungry. The shop is small and can get a bit cramped when it’s busy. We don’t have a marketing team to tell our story. We’re just here working every day. The floor gets dirty quickly with all the foot traffic from the market, so we’re always cleaning. We make our sweets in the back where it’s even more crowded. It’s a lot of manual work, stirring big pots and shaping everything by hand. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just make the food and sell it to the people passing by. The 11th cross is a noisy spot, but we’ve gotten used to the shouting and the horns. It’s just the background noise to our lives. When the market starts to wind down in the afternoon, we finally get a chance to breathe. We rest for a bit and then start prepping for the next morning. It is a tough spot but we like the energy.
