Fr Agnels Vidyankur School

Fr Agnels Vidyankur School is tucked away in Vadgaon Sheri, right inside the Fr Agnels Ashram grounds here in Pune. It’s a place that’s been part of the local landscape for years. Most people in the area know exactly where we are because the ashram is quite a landmark. Every day is a mix of bells ringing, students rushing to class, and teachers carrying stacks of notebooks. It’s a standard school environment where we focus on getting through the syllabus and making sure the kids behave. The campus has some trees and open spaces where the students hang out during their breaks. We don't try to be anything we're not. It’s just a practical school for families living in this part of Pune. Some days are louder than others, especially when there’s a sports match or an event going on in the yard. The classrooms are filled with desks that have seen a lot of use over the years. We keep things simple and try to stay organized, even when it gets busy. Being in Vadgaon Sheri means we get kids from all sorts of backgrounds. We just want them to show up, do their work, and learn something useful. It’s not always quiet, and sometimes the hallways are a bit crowded, but that’s just school life. We’ve been here a long time and plan to stay for many more years, just doing what we do every day. It's a steady routine for the staff here.
