You can find us over at Fourth Dimension Architects Pvt. Ltd. in the Ishan Shrushti building in Warje. We’re up on the seventh floor, in flat A-702. It’s a decent view of Pune from up here when the weather is clear. We’ve been working out of this space for a while now, focusing on whatever architectural projects come our way. It’s mostly just a group of us sitting around tables covered in blueprints and coffee mugs. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with suits and big presentations. It’s more about sitting down and sketching out ideas until they make sense. Sometimes we spend hours arguing about where a window should go or if a wall is actually necessary. Warje is a good spot for us, it's easy enough for people to find once they get into the society. We do a mix of things, from small residential stuff to some bigger commercial work if someone asks. Dealing with the paperwork and approvals is usually the most annoying part of the job, but it has to be done. We try to keep things simple and honest with the people we work for. If a design won't work, we just say so. No point in making things more complicated than they need to be. We’re just regular people trying to build stuff that lasts and doesn't fall apart after a few years. It’s a slow process sometimes, but we prefer getting it right over rushing it.
