GEOMETRIX ARCHITECTS PVT. LTD. is located at Kankalia House, which is on Katraj-Kondhwa Road in Katraj. We’re near the Indian Oil petrol pump and the ICICI Bank ATM, so we usually tell people to look for those landmarks if they get lost. It’s a busy stretch of road, and there’s always a lot of movement outside. Our office in Shiv Shambhu Nagar, Lane 1, is where we do all the heavy lifting. We’ve got a lot of history in this building. It’s not a glass-and-steel skyscraper; it’s a place that feels like it’s been lived in. We have shelves full of old binders and models from years ago gathering a bit of dust. Most of the team here has been around for decades, though we have a few younger faces too. We don't go in for fancy titles or corporate hierarchy much. We just sit around the tables and try to solve problems together. Some days are spent mostly on the phone with the MSEB office or other local authorities, which isn't the fun part of the job but it’s necessary to keep things moving. We value the fact that we’re local and know this part of Katraj like the back of our hands. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We just focus on the drawings and making sure the measurements are right before anything gets started.
