We've been at 1186 Sadashiv Peth for a while now. Nitin Parulekar & Architects pvt. ltd. is basically just us doing drawings and plans here in Shedgewadi. It gets pretty busy in the office most days. We usually have a few rolls of paper lying around and the coffee machine is always running. Some people just walk in to ask about building stuff. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with permits and contractors takes up a lot of our time, honestly. It's not always glamorous work, but it's what we do. The neighborhood is nice and central. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit much. We’ve worked on quite a few houses and some commercial spots around here. Our team is small, just a handful of us working at our desks. We don’t really do big fancy presentations. Most of our day is spent looking at computer screens or talking on the phone with site supervisors. If you come by, you'll see we keep a pretty casual workspace. It's a lot of back and forth with clients to get the details right. Building something is a long process and we're just part of that chain. We focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the structures actually work. That's about it really. We're just a local firm trying to get the job done without too much fuss and worry. It takes a lot of patience to see a project through to the very end.
