Our office is on the 3rd floor of Trimurti Apartment, Flat 19B. We are located at 323 Shaniwar Peth in Pune, which is a very old and busy part of the city. Being near Rasoi Dining Hall is a plus because the smell of good food sometimes drifts up to us. Masterplan Architecture Services is where we spend our days looking at floor plans and elevation drawings. It’s a bit of a climb up to the third floor, but the view of the street below is interesting. The office is usually cluttered with site photos, material samples, and rolls of tracing paper. Shaniwar Peth has a certain energy that you don't find in the newer parts of Pune. It’s crowded and narrow, but it feels like the real heart of the place. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s habits by now. We don't bother with fancy brochures or polished sales pitches. Most of our time is spent on the phone with contractors or sitting at our desks making sure the measurements are exactly right. It’s a lot of detailed work that requires us to stay focused, even when the street outside is noisy. We just try to do a good job on every drawing we finish and keep things moving along without any unnecessary drama or fuss. It is a simple way of doing things that we have stuck to.
