KIPA Architect

KIPA Architect is over in Baner, specifically at 207 Azalea, S.No. 287/7. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but we’ve made a nice little home for ourselves here. Baner has grown so much lately, but our spot stays pretty consistent. The office is a mix of old school and new school. We have some of those traditional drafting stools but mostly we’re staring at monitors all day. We’re a small team, so we know each other’s habits pretty well—who drinks too much tea, who stays late, and who always forgets to turn off their monitor. We don't have a corporate handbook or any of those mission statements you see on big company websites. We just show up and handle whatever comes our way. Sometimes it’s a lot of paperwork and boring stuff, other times we get to be a bit more creative. We try to keep things honest here. If a project is going to take longer than expected, we just say so. There’s no point in sugarcoating things. The Azalea building is easy enough to find once you’re in the Baner area. We like it here because it feels like we’re in the middle of the growth but we still have our own quiet space to think and draw. It’s a decent place to spend our days, and we’re quite happy with the setup we’ve got.
