We are located in the Karvenagar area of Pune, specifically at Hirkani Colony. The office is actually part of S.D. Jajjal’s place, number 13. It is near the Old Waraje Naka, which is a landmark most locals know well. Pune has changed quite a bit over the years, and this area has seen a lot of new buildings come up. We have been doing our architecture work from this quiet little corner for a long time. It isn't a high-rise office building or anything like that. It feels more like a home that turned into a workspace. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going over the latest project files. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, which is just part of being here. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website that says we are the greatest. We just focus on the drawings and making sure the measurements are right. The team is small and we all know each other well. Sometimes the lanes around here get a bit crowded with parked cars, so finding the office can be a tiny bit tricky for new visitors. We just like to keep things simple and do our work without any grand promises. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us in Karvenagar, trying to get things built properly. We have been at it for a while now and we just keep on going.
