Ferrocare Machines Pvt Ltd is based in the Gulmohar Industrial Complex on Salunke Vihar Road. We have units 23 through 25, so we have a bit of room to spread out our machines and tools. Wanawadi is a decent area to work in, and the complex is usually full of other small businesses doing similar things. Having three units means we can keep the messy machine work in one part and the office stuff in another. It’s not a perfectly clean place, as there is usually some grease or metal shavings on the floor, but we try to sweep up at the end of the day. The machines we work with are bulky, so the layout of the complex helps with getting them in and out. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. If someone wants to see what we do, they just come into the workshop and we show them the machines while they are running. It is loud and can get pretty warm in the summer months, but we have big doors that we keep open for a breeze. Most of us have worked together for years, so we have a good rhythm. We don't waste much time on long meetings. We just look at the schedule and get to work on whatever machine needs attention that day. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere here in Wanawadi and we just take things as they come.
