Nanded City is a big place, and we are tucked away in the Elalit building, Flat 402. Eveningbrew Llp started because we really liked the idea of having something good to drink at the end of a long day. We aren't a big cafe with neon signs. We’re just a small group of people working from this apartment. Most of our work involves sourcing the right ingredients and making sure the blends are okay. Living and working in Nanded City is convenient since everything is right here. You don't have to deal with the main Pune traffic as much. We spend a lot of our time experimenting with different flavors. Not every idea works, and we’ve had our fair share of messes in the kitchen. But that’s how you learn what actually tastes good. We keep things pretty low-key. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of experts. It’s just us trying to make something we’d want to buy ourselves. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about new ideas. Other days we are rushing to get everything packaged and sent out. It’s a bit of a balancing act. We like the community vibe in Elalit. It feels like home and work are the same thing, which suits us just fine. We just want to keep making decent drinks for folks.
