Embedded Micro Techniques (P) Ltd.

We operate out of the first floor of Silver Chambers in Waiduwadi. It’s right there on Solapur Road, opposite the Indian Hume Pipes factory. If you’re driving through Hadapsar, you’ve probably passed by us a dozen times without noticing. Embedded Micro Techniques isn't a flashy place with neon signs. We’ve got a couple of rooms filled with testing equipment, soldering irons, and stacks of components. It can get a bit cramped when we have a big project going on, but we manage just fine. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so carrying heavy gear up can be a struggle sometimes. We spend most of our hours hunched over workbenches with magnifying glasses. It’s quiet work for the most part, except for the sound of traffic coming off the main road. The windows stay shut to keep the dust away from the electronics, so it can get a bit stuffy in the summer months. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when we need a break. Most of the guys here have been with us for years and we don't really bother with titles or formalities. We just get the work done and head home. It's not a high-tech lab you'd see in the movies, just a practical space where we deal with micro-chips and circuits every day.
