Down at Plot No. 3, Survey No. 285, that’s where you’ll find our facility. Doehler India Pvt Ltd is a big operation compared to some of the neighbors, but on the inside, it’s just a lot of people working with fruit and flavors. We have these big stainless steel tanks and pipes everywhere. It can get quite loud when the processing lines are running at full speed. Most of our day is spent checking batches and making sure the temperature is right. It’s not like a regular office job. We wear uniforms and spend a lot of time on our feet. The area around Plot 3 is a bit out of the way, so it’s mostly just us and a few other industrial plots. We get a lot of trucks coming in with raw materials, and it can get pretty hectic in the loading bay. We don't really have a place for visitors to sit and relax, because every inch of the floor is used for production or storage. It’s a lot of technical work, but at the end of the day, it’s about making sure the stuff we produce is consistent. We’ve been here long enough that we have a routine down. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is hot, but we’ve got a good crew who knows what they’re doing.
