Dilip Raj Prashan

My place is at 251 Shaniwar Peth. It’s one of those older parts of the city where the lanes are narrow and there’s history around every corner. I run things under the name Dilip Raj Prashan, mostly just doing my daily work from this small space. Shaniwar Peth has a certain rhythm to it that you don't find in the newer developments. It’s busy, but in a different way. My office isn't much to look at from the outside. It’s just a door with the number 251 on it. Inside, I’ve got what I need—a table, a chair, and my files. I’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so I know most of the people who walk past. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the bells from the temple and the sounds of the local market nearby. I don't use any fancy brochures or spend money on advertising. Most people find me because they live nearby or someone told them where I was. It’s a very simple operation. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with the windows open, but I like the fresh air. I don't have a big team or a lot of equipment. It’s just me here, handling the work as it comes in. I like the quiet pace of Shaniwar Peth, and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. It’s a bit cramped with all the papers, but it feels right.
