Constrobazaar Pvt Ltd is located over in Baner, specifically in the Richmond Society near Balewadi Phata. This part of Pune has changed so much in the last few years, and we are right in the middle of all that new construction. Our office is more of a hub where we coordinate everything. It isn't a warehouse full of bricks, but more of a place where we manage the connections between builders and suppliers. Being on Baner Road means there is always something going on outside. We spend most of our time on our phones or typing away on laptops. It’s a bit more modern than a traditional hardware store, but we still keep things informal. We aren't big on fancy titles or strict rules here. If someone needs help, whoever is free just jumps in. We have a small kitchen area where we make way too much tea and coffee to get through the afternoons. The society is nice, though parking can be a bit of a struggle for visitors. We try to keep things organized, but in the construction world, something always goes wrong, so we spend a lot of time fixing small problems. It is a fast-growing business in a fast-growing area, and we are just trying to keep up with the pace of everything happening around us. We might not have a big fancy lobby, but we get the work done.
