Cocogreen Delight Llp is located in Tamarind Park, right at Dhayari Phata in the Wadgaon area. Specifically, we are in Flat G-302. It is a residential kind of spot, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main highway, which we like. We do most of our work from here in Haveli. The building is part of Tamarind Park, and we have been here for a bit now. Our day usually starts with checking what supplies came in and making sure the kitchen area is ready for whatever we are prepping. It’s a lot of washing and chopping and packing things into containers. Sometimes the elevator is slow when we need to bring stuff down, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It’s not a big corporate operation. It is just us in a regular apartment space trying to make sure the food looks decent and tastes okay before it goes out the door. We have some plants on the balcony that we try to keep alive, but the Pune heat is tough on them. We mostly just drink a lot of tea and get the work done. The packaging usually takes up the whole dining table by the afternoon.
