Chaitanya Foods & Snacks

At Chaitanya Foods & Snacks, we are based in Shivaji Nagar 4. The shop is a busy little place, especially in the late afternoons when everyone is looking for something to eat after work. We spend most of our time in the back where the cooking happens. There is usually a lot of steam and the smell of frying in the air. We don’t have a fancy menu printed on thick paper; usually, people just know what we have by looking at the counters. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when several people are waiting at once, but we manage. The area around Shivaji Nagar 4 is always moving, and we are just one part of that daily bustle. We aren't trying to be a big restaurant chain with a bunch of rules. It’s just a few of us working together to get the snacks ready and served out. The work involves a lot of prep, like cutting and mixing ingredients long before the customers even show up. We have to keep an eye on the clock to make sure everything is fresh for the rush. Some days are tiring, and our backs ache from standing, but it’s what we do. We’ve been in this spot for some time, and we just keep the same routine because it works for us and the people who come by.
