Cafe Chokolade

So we are located over in Nigdi, right at Bhel Chowk in the A B C Plaza. Shop number 6 is ours, and it’s a pretty decent spot in the middle of all the noise. Being in the M S Agarwal Complex means there are always people walking past or looking for a place to sit for a minute. We mostly deal with the crowd from Sector 25 and the surrounding Pradhikaran area. It’s not a huge place, just enough room to get things done and serve whoever walks in. Usually, it's busy in the evenings when everyone is out for a walk or finished with work. We spend a lot of time just keeping the counters clean and making sure the fridge is working right because that’s important for what we do. The Nigdi Warje Malwadi stretch is always full of traffic, so you hear the horns all day. It’s a bit chaotic, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have a few tables, and they are almost always full on weekends. It’s just me and a couple of others working the shifts. We don’t really do anything complicated. We just make the drinks, hand them over, and try to keep the line moving. Sometimes the power goes out, which is a pain, but we manage. It’s just a local shop in a busy corner of the city, really. Nothing more to it than that.
