Brugge La Chocolaterie

Down in the MIDC Bhosari area, specifically at T-50, you’ll find our little chocolate spot, Brugge La Chocolaterie. It might seem like a strange place for a chocolate shop, being in the middle of an industrial zone, but we like it here. We spend our days working with cocoa and sugar, trying to get the batches right. It gets warm in the kitchen, but the smell of chocolate is everywhere. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. It’s just a small setup where we make our sweets. People usually come by to pick up orders or just to see what we’ve made for the day. We don’t have a massive marketing budget or a shiny storefront in a mall. It’s just the T-50 unit in Bhosari. Sometimes the machines act up or a delivery is late, but we manage. Making chocolate is a lot of trial and error. Some days the humidity messes with the tempering, and we have to start over. It’s part of the job. We keep things simple and focus on the work itself. Most of our regulars are people who work nearby or heard about us from a friend. We don’t use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just make chocolates and sell them. If you’re ever driving through the industrial estate, you can find us there. It’s a quiet life, mostly, just focusing on the next batch. We stay busy with the chocolate and let the work speak for itself.
