Birla Cement

Our place is at 17 Warje Malwadi, near Reay Road in the Darukhana and Mazgaon area. We deal mostly in Birla Cement, which means our day is filled with the smell of concrete and the sound of trucks coming and going. This part of the city is very industrial, and we fit right in with the warehouses and workshops around us. It’s dusty work, and there’s no getting around that when you’re moving heavy bags of cement all day. We supply to contractors, small builders, and even people who are just doing some minor repairs on their own houses. The office is just a small corner of the storage space, really. We don't need anything fancy because our customers are more interested in whether the stock is ready and if the truck can deliver on time. It’s hard, physical labor for the guys in the yard, and we all put in the effort to keep things moving. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult, and we have to be careful with the storage, but that’s just part of the business. We’ve been at this location for a good while, and we know the local roads like the back of our hand. It’s a straightforward business—nothing too complicated about selling cement to people who need to build something. We just keep our head down and make sure the deliveries go out as planned every single day.
